In the concept of this brand identity, we believed that social business is the best tool of society development for the developing country such as Cambodia. TERMS & CONDITIONS

PRICING POLICY:

1. Negotiation and trustiness is our price setting method oriented.
2. Our selling price is based on FOB (Free on Board) method. The customers have to pay for transportation costs in related.
3. Basically, our selling price for export is the same price of our local wholesales price. Because our selling price is charged in according to costs of raw material, cost of labor, and other narrative components. Even some export sales is required to pay any import duty and shipping costs is higher than local distribution, but it take a little bit longer time to deal with such as kinds of matters before completed of dealing.
4. The price shall be charged based on number of quantity ordered. The more quantity, the cheaper price we offered.
5. The price shall be asked by email at hattacam@gmail.com.

MOQ (Minimum Order of Quantity):

• The MOQ is 50 units or $250.00 at least. This is referred to the non-customized products only.
• The quote will be provided within 2 days at late after we received email inquiry.
• Lead time to production will take between 15 days – 30 days, however, it based on number of quantity ordered.

CUSTOMIZE ORDER:

• If there is customize order, the MOQ up to $5,000.00 at least.
• The sample could be asked, and you are required to submit us the product specifications and the target price of each items inquiry.
• Making sample shall be happened after our agreement. The costs of making sample will be charged in according to the cost of production, and you are required to pay in advance for the sample.
•  Lead time of sample is between 10 days – 15 days.
• Lead time of production is between 20 days – 30 days, however, it based on number of quantity ordered.   

TERM OF PAYMENT

The payment term shall be occurred in two times as following:

1.  Paid 70% after agreement is made.
2. The remained amount at 30% shall be paid before product is delivered or after we confirmed the product delivery.

CANCELLATION ORDER:

1. Basically, no cancellation of the order after contract is made or product is started producing.
2. You have ability to change your order such as number of quantity order, but it should be not less than our MOQ.

FIELD VISIT:

1. The customer is being able to visit the side of our manufacturing partnership.
2. Please find send us email, if you want to visit our manufacturing partnership that selling the product you are looking to buy. We will arrange and prepare itinerary for you.

HOW TO DEAL:

We would like to invite you to process for two things as following:

1. Check and view the product in our webpage at www.hattacam.com, find the product which is same to the product you wanted and see it in detail, and then send us the email of your product order in detail to confirm your order. We will find you, if we need more clarifications of your order.
